Deleting your account

Information on how to delete your account and what that means for your data.

If you want to delete your account, you can do so in the Lylac app only. Our users have full control over the data they provide. Deleting your account will permanently delete all your data from our databases and is not reversible.

To delete your account:

1. Go to your Profile

2. Tap on the ellipsis (...) in the top right corner of the screen

3. Go to your Settings

4. Navigate to 'Your Account'

5. Press on 'Delete Account'

6. Press the 'Delete Account' button and confirm your action.
