NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content
While we maintain an open-minded approach to content, we do appreciate your cooperation in ensuring its appropriateness. Therefore, there's no need to fret over graphic or adult material, but if your content leans towards explicit or violent themes, kindly tag it as NSFW (Not Safe For Work). It's important to be mindful of the diverse settings in which Lylac is accessed, including professional environments.
Moreover, let's steer clear of involuntary pornography, depictions of sexual violence, or any content featuring minors in a mature context. Such content is not in line with our community standards and will be promptly addressed by our team.
Channels marked as NSFW will be discreetly excluded from Explore and will not appear in search results or on your profile for users who have opted out of viewing such content. If NSFW material is detected within public channels, we may kindly request your cooperation in tagging it appropriately or take the necessary action ourselves. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for all users.
Moderation and Compliance:
In various circumstances, and considering any prior violations of our terms or guidelines, the Lylac team reserves the right to:
Request the removal of content or the tagging of a channel as NSFW from you
Directly label channels as NSFW
Remove objectionable content from Lylac
Temporarily or permanently suspend your account
Should you feel that your channel has been incorrectly labeled as NSFW, your account has been unjustly suspended, or your content has been mistakenly removed, you are welcome to reach out to contact@lylacnetwork.com for further assistance and to appeal the decision.
Copyright Violations:
For any moderation actions to be initiated, a valid DMCA notice must be submitted. Upon receipt of a complaint, the content in question will undergo evaluation, and if it is determined to infringe upon DMCA protections, it will be removed. Users responsible for uploading infringing content will be informed about the complaint and given the chance to submit their own DMCA counter-notice.
